Hello, I'm Arjun. I'm an undergraduate student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute interested in Software Engineering and Data Science roles. I enjoy building full stack applications, DevOps/MLOps pipelines, data visualizations, and APIs.
About me
I am an undergraduate student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute studying Computer Science and Data Science. I am especially interested in the intersection between Mathematics and Software. These interests include Machine Learning and Interactive Optimization, which uses Human-Computer Interaction to enhance the flexibility of an optimization model. My favorite part of programming is building a unique project from the ground up and watching it come to life. My core stack is Python Flask, Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
When I am not coding, I enjoy studying photography, watching movies, and hiking.

Summer Intern at Persistent Systems
Bridgewater, NJ
Worked as a Summer Intern at Persistent Systems. Developed an application to push Identity and Access Management (IAM) data logs from AWS DynamoDB to a React-based front-end using AWS Lambda. Built a live audit report of the IAM data using jsPDF. Conducted market analysis on the cloud space and Persistent’s standing in the market, for their Cloud and Infrastructure leadership team.
June 2022 - July 2022Data Science NSF REU Student for WPI
Worcester, MA
Developed a model to simulate and analyze the market behavior of non-profit organizations (NPOs) using SWAP: a growing platform for NPOs to standardize the exchange of resources. Pioneered a credit redistribution mechanism with significant anticipated impact toward equity for future exchanges between NPOs, which led to a co-authorship position on a paper submitted to the INFORMS Operations Research Journal.
May 2023 - August 2023Global Product Technology Summer Intern at ADP
Worcester, MA
Developed a full-stack application that enables the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to dynamically control concurrency and rate limiting for all APIs for the Autopay Core payroll product. Actively deployed in production, this solution protects vital APIs for the core payroll engine from excessive use and overload, ensuring seamless payroll processing for over 500k ADP clients across North America. Tech stack is MongoDB, Apache Ignite, Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Node.js, MSAL for Azure.

Leading the development of an MLOps pipeline that pairs ML models and LLMs with a backend API and deploys it in the cloud infrastructure for a leading expedited shipping company in the US. This work allows for streamlined access to cutting edge pricing models, boosting the productivity of their employees. Building pipeline with Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service, and AWS Elastic Container Registry.
